What I Can Help You With, and What I Can’t…

I’m an expert at Fat Loss and my last personal training business was centered around it.

  • I’ll tell you exactly what to change and what to stick with.
  • I know what exercises work best for fat loss.
  • I know what lifestyle factors will halt progress and how to go about changing them for the better.
  • I even know that men will generally lose fat faster than women due to their genetic makeup, so stop comparing your results to that of guys.
  • I know what foods are supportive and what foods are going to slow your progress.
  • I’ll even tell you how to make progress eating chocolate every day if you don’t want to give it up, though it won’t be as fast as without.

I’m not prepared to work with someone who wants to get up on stage in a body building, bikini or figure competition. It’s not my area of expertise and I’m frankly not interested.

Often when women get as lean as they need to be for these comps, it causes health issues further down the line with a messed-up metabolism and can even make you unable to lose weight until your hormone profile returns to normal.

For me, it’s not worth the risk to your health.

I've heard it can take up to 3 years for your metabolism to fully recover, so you may look great on stage for a day, and then pile on the weight for years after with nothing you can do about it.

My favourite thing about training women is making you STRONG!

Why?

Because it changes your whole attitude towards life and you’ll feel like you can do anything.

With the right program you will look, feel and perform like the Wonder Woman that you are.

I can even help you Gain a little Muscle if that’s important to you. There’s specific training details that differ from men to women and when used properly can produce fantastic results.

And NO you will not get bulky. Look at professional athletes and see how many bulky ones there are. Very few, and they all lift weights.

Of the tiny percentage of women that do get bulky, it's easy to adjust your training to negate the effects.

I can get you Super Fit too, but first you will need to determine what ‘FIT’ means to you.

Fit for what? We need to match your training to your definition of fitness, because otherwise we’re moving away from your goals. You’d be surprised how common this is.

If you want better Flexibility & Mobility and you don’t have time for Yoga 7 days a week, we’ll make some massive progress there too. I’ve got a great formula that opens everything up with minimal time involved.

And frankly, you should not be stretching every muscle every day. Most people's bodies are tight in some spots and weak in others. We need to stretch the tight spots and strengthen the weak spots.

We can even help you work through and improve past injuries that people said you’d never get over.

Now I’m not a physio, but I have helped people in major ways regain flexibility, free up nasty shoulders and hips, relieve knee pain and all sorts of things. But you must be up to putting in the work, not me.

  • You complete the application form.
  • We schedule a call least 3 days from now. I send you the intake forms.
  • You return intake forms before the call. I review them, and we talk.
  • You wish to join, we collect your cc details (but we won’t charge you yet) and you are added to the wait list of usually just a week or two, but sometimes up to four. We send you a few things to get you started that same day.
  • When a space becomes available, we send you the new starter information. You complete the new starter information, so you can start the following Monday.
  • Your transformation begins.

After your initial call, we do everything via email.

That’s because if I have to tell you something detailed, and I speak it to you, you’ll forget much of what I said.

If I write it down, you can refer back to it multiple times until you understand it entirely. The details are very, very important.

If you are someone who needs to talk things through with someone, we can do that too, but it will come at a price.

We have high expectations of you, regarding our online coaching interaction.

We ask a lot of you when you join. That’s because we want this to work as much as you do.

  • You check in daily when you’ve done your workout
  • You check in daily when you’ve done your habit
  • You check in daily for our lesson (except Saturday)
  • You check in every Saturday by midnight with your accountability check in, progress report, etc.
  • You adhere to the plan a minimum of 90% of the time
  • You trust us and the process
  • You ask questions

If you do this consistently, magic happens.

Also, there will be no emails from smart phones. I got this from one of my coaches and I think it’s very important.

You can’t put together a quality email on your phone. Much of the time it’s not thought through and it’s sent like a text, so save it for your computer and put the appropriate time into your questions.

And I can’t answer you properly unless I’m sitting at my computer, as I may need to attach articles or references for you. This process gives us both the best result.

  • I want you to enjoy working with me.
  • I want you excited about the amazing results you are getting with me.
  • I don’t want you being a client of mine forever. Wait, what?
  • I want to teach you the skills you need so you can go do this for yourself

It may take you three months or three years to reach this point.

But if that’s what it takes to KNOW YOU HAVE CONTROL over your body for the rest of your life, I think it’s totally worth it.

My Story

Let me give you some background on my story and why I’m talking to you about this.

I was always told I’d never put on weight, and that sucked as I was skinny and hated it. But I am a stubborn ass, so I learned everything I could on the topic.

I started as a personal trainer in 2003, eager to help others and myself. I was 23 and knew it all and I was gonna change the world, but first I was gonna change myself.

So I ate my way bigger. However my diet sucked and I ended up fat, more than once. Losing the fat was easy for me, because I trained like a maniac, but there was still something missing. More research ensued.

When I was 25 I got injured playing basketball. It was so bad that I couldn’t breathe properly, and the treatment revealed a ton of other injuries that I’d never really paid attention to. More research and private coaching.

It took 5 years to recover from that mess with a ton of time and money invested on my part, but I became an expert on rebuilding the body.

Then just after I turned 30 I got Chronic Fatigue, 6 months after starting my personal training business. While struggling to grow a new business, I was also in full research mode learning everything I could to get my life back and keep my new business running.

Despite this setback, I still built a solid 6 figure business that still runs strong today, only in the hands of someone else.

My Chronic Fatigue lasted more than 10 years and it was hell, including dealing with Fibromyalgia, Candida, Lyme Disease, Parasite Infections, Heavy Metal Toxicity, Constant Pain, Losing Countless Friends, Having No Social Life for Years, Depression, Suicidal Thoughts and so much more, but I became an expert in rebuilding one’s health and creating a new life.

This is where the Warrior Within mission came from and why I feel I can help you, because the warrior within me loves to fight for the life I love and I want that for you too.

I've spent over $100,000 studying, experimenting, researching more, trying new strategies, reading, watching, listening, attending seminars and courses, arguing with countless coaches and questioning everything so I can improve the quality of my my health, fitness, mental state and live a life I love.

It was worth every minute and every cent and has led me to a point where I'm truly happy with where I'm at in life. I'm not the super fit animal I once was, and I'm still pretty weak and small, but I'm well on my way again.

What does the program include?

12 months of strength, cardio & flexibility training programs to suit your goals, your access to a gym or equipment and your time.

There are different variations of exercises so you’ve always got a modified way to do the exercise, and the program can change as your goals change in case you want to switch from a fat loss focus to a muscle gain plan.

We deliver the workouts to your phone and they include photos and videos to guide you through warmups, proper form, sets, reps, intensity, rest periods, breathing drills, etc. Don’t have time for a full workout today? No problem. Try the quick workout instead.

Daily lessons to grow your fitness, nutrition and healthy lifestyle knowledge with a new habit to apply every fortnight. These lessons are delivered by email and you can listen to them or read them depending on the time you have available.

We’ve partnered with Precision Nutrition who are the world leaders in nutrition education to bring you the best program available. I’ve also done the program myself so I can attest to how good it is.

Daily habit check-ins when you have completed a habit each day. The people who are most consistent at this get the best results, so be prepared to really work at this as it’s well worth the effort.

Weekly check in emails for training and lifestyle so we can hear how you’ve been going and what other changes are taking place in your life. We like to keep up a relationship with you so we can keep tweaking things for optimal results.

Regular progress checks so you can let us know how much weight you're losing or gaining, changes in measurements and changes in your appearance (remember the scale doesn't always say the same as your physique).

Short surveys and questions to get you participating, not just spectating.
We want to know how the program is or is not working for you.

Monthly video workshops to deliver in depth information in areas which need a little more time.
Some topics take that little bit extra time to digest, so we've picked the essential areas for you.

Phone contact. Some people will require more accountability and they may want regular phone calls to bounce ideas off. If that's you, we can do that too, but it will come at a price.

FAQ's

What does it cost?

I usually charge $300 for a consultation with an assessment and a custom program. Our system and associated software allows me to help more people in a far more effective manner than ever before, so you get better results for less than that.

We are charging around the price of a dinner and drink at a nice restaurant each week for our transformation coaching program. If you are serious about transforming your body, you're likely to skip a dinner or two out each week anyway to focus on your goal, so you'll probably break even.

I’ve completed it with very high compliance of habits and lessons and I know this program is easily worth far more than what we’re asking. The changes you will notice in all areas of your life will be very impressive.

What's your cancellation policy?

We ask you to trust us and stick with the program for a minimum of 3 months in order to really see the changes that happen along the way. Any less than 3 months and your results will be harder to see. If you're looking for a quick fix, this isn't for you.

If you aren’t happy with the program after this time, just give us 30 days’ notice and we’ll cancel your membership. But keep in mind that this is a complete 12 month program, and the amazing results you often see happen to those stick with it and give their everything for the long run. Be that guy.

How long will the daily lessons take?

In my experience, they can take between 5 and 15 minutes. If you are rushed for time, you can listen to the lesson or just skim read the headlines. And if you don’t get to a lesson each day, that’s OK too.

But those who complete the majority of the lessons get the best results in the program, so aim to make time for the lessons. Time management is key and we will work with you to maximize it.

You can check your emails on your phone, computer or tablet and do the lesson from there easily.
